I don’t know what you are talking about.
My friend who is chinese asked me if I wanted to date his cousin.
I have another friend who is korean and he did the same thing.

Thomas asks…

Why does 90% of the new viruses come from Asia (China)?

OK during the last several years there have been several deadly new viruses and all of them started in Asia. The most recent one – the H5N5 (if I am not wrong) or bird flu started in China as well. Why? Why does the government allow such things? Why doesn’t it do something before the virus appears? It all started in the chinese markets and I think it could have been prevented. Furthermore the there was a documentary about the Chinese government trying to hide the problem from Western countries. And if western countries are not allowed to interfere why are Chinese people allowed into western countries?
I am asking as one of the previous deadly viruses was transferred to Canada by a asian business woman.

Dean Cortez answers:

Millions of people living with a close proximity to each other sometimes with poor sanitation and health awareness. Also, they eat anything that moves in the south. The saying goes ‘they’ll eat anything with legs except the table’. The government will always try to publicise as little as possible to avoid panic.

Susan asks…

Why don’t Asian women shave, wax, or trim their pubic hair?

I got back from a business trip to southern China recently (Nanning area) and all of the women I slept with clearly had full pubic hair. It was not trimmed, and certainly wasn’t shaved or waxed. A couple of the women even had unshaven armpit and leg hairs.

Now, this isn’t as big a deal on Chinese chicks, since they tend to have relatively sparse body hair anyway, but it was still kind of surprising.

I’ve heard that girls shave more in Beijing or Shanghai, but in most of China, they apparently don’t bother.

Why is this? Why don’t Asian women trim or shave their pubic hair?

Dean Cortez answers:

In some cultures the only women who shave their legs and under arms are prostitutes. In some Western societies men who like shaved pubes on women are considered to be closet paedophiles. Go figure.

Nancy asks…

Why do asian men in the UK, think it is acceptable to harrass white women in public in the day time?

I have noticed that asian men (that seem to be british born, so social norms cannot be a full explanation of this) have a unrealistic and disrespectful attitudes towards white women.
An example of my recent harassment is as follows.

Young Asian men have recently took over a corner shop. Instead of being inside serving their customers. One of the mans the shop, the other two or sometimes three. Stand outside the shop leering, making comments about, and calling out to white women on the street ( I noticed that they do NOT do this to asian women, Some of the females they harass are even school children dressed in their uniforms. I was over a friend’s house and her younger sister who is the 6th form and her friends were there, they commented how the men in the shops gave them the creeps and now they try to avoid going in there. I too have stopped going to that shop as I was fed up of them trying to chat me up, asking personal questions etc.

This is not my first experience of being harassed my asian men. Another of my many examples of this harassment is that a few months ago I was walking from the car park into my place of work, I keep on getting harassed my these asians that owned a curry house. Despite ignoring them and avoiding eye contact they still kept on They were also doing this to my work mates.. In the end my boss wrote to the curry house to warn them if they kept on pestering his female employees, he would advise us to contact the police.

I would like to add that these incidents occurred in the daytime, in public and where we were all dressed very modestly.

So why to asian men think it is ok to harass white women?

would they like it, if their sisters, mothers, daughters etc, were not able to go about their daily business without being harassed?

Even builders do not harass as much as asian men.

I mean to the asian men, even think they stand a chance?

So is there an explanation for this?

Dean Cortez answers:

There is good, bad and ugly people in every society and region. All Asian men are not like that. But those ugly Asian men must not do this at migrated country who is giving them bread and butter.

Joseph asks…

Asian women vs American women?

I notice in Asian culture, the women are more likely to stick with their men. For example, a couple can be well off, go through war with each other….fast forward…..run to America…they can open up a business together or be penniless together. They are still together.

On the other hand, in American culture, I rarely see this. I rarely see an American women stick with their men through hard times. Rarely see an American woman that stick with her husband as he loses all his money and stick with him in times of poverty.

Why do Americans think like that??

Dean Cortez answers:

American women do not have the attached social stigmata attached to divorce. Read on for the Asian culture social concept:

(Tysons Corner, VA)- The divorce rate among Asian Americans is nearly half that of the general population. This may actually be BAD NEWS! Studies estimate that 5 – 6% of Asian American adults were currently separated or divorced compared to 10-12% of the U.S. Population. Virginian Divorce attorney Kathryn Dickerson says “this low divorce rate may actually reflect some very negative and disturbing realities”.

Even in the United States, in this day and age, it is hard for an Asian woman to divorce her husband. Dickerson says, “Many Asian women live in tightly knit neighborhoods where many frown on a practice that many Americans find much more acceptable, even commonplace”.

According to National Healthy Marriage Research Centers, there are traditional cultural views that influence the ability to divorce:

• Collectivism vs. Individualism – Many Asian Americans value commitment to the needs of the group over individual needs. They tend to value obedience, self control, and family interest over typical American values of independence.
• Respect for Parents – Duty, obligation, the importance of the family name and service and sacrifice to elders are some commitments that can affect choices about whom to marry, when to marry and whether to stay married.
• Marital Roles – Many Asian American couples struggle to balance Asian and American culture norms about the appropriate roles for husbands and wives.
• Communication Style – Some Asian cultures discourage the expression of feelings, especially very strong positive or negative emotions such as anger and joy.

As an attorney, an Asian woman and also divorced herself, Kathryn Dickerson helps women navigate the tricky waters of a practice still deemed taboo in her community.

These women fear seeking a divorce because of the stigma attached to it. Asian women also may face more obstacles in leaving a marriage, even if there is domestic violence. Language barriers and these traditional cultural beliefs discourage women from reporting violent behavior.
