Looking for a husband for my Chinese wifes Beautiful Sister.?

In China the government created a situation that is unbelievable. Some time ago they restricted women to 1 child. But, a man can divorce his wife and impregnate as many females as he wants to, it’s a male dominated society. And this is what happens to the women here, she presents her husband with a child, he’s quickly bored, finds another young woman and impregates her, and so on and so on. A chinese man isn’t interested in a woman with a child, doesn’t want another mans child. So, alot of women in china living alone, and because the man doesn’t want to support the kid, she spends 12 hours a day 7 days a week working to keep a roof over the families head. Thats my wifes sisters situation, a life of hard work and no future man in sight.
So, my wifes sister is only 40 years old, a 13 year old daughter , hardworking and beautiful. And she only speaks chinese, but for the right man she will learn his language if he’ll learn hers. She’s chinese and lives in Beijing. Any suggestions?
Actually, she could care less to leave china, not all women want to live in the “USA” In fact, my wife and I lived in Virginia for years before retiring here to Beijing, she loves her country, and so do I. Whether my wifes sister will move to another country or not depends on the man. She open to the world, but a chinese man in Beijing would suit her best, really. As far as where the men are finding new women, it’s the young girls he’s after. Alot of 40-50 year old chinese men with 18-20 year old girls here. And alot of lonely young chinese men as a result.
