Should I go on a Japanese diet?

I read this book a while ago called Japanese Women Don’t Get Old or Fat. I wanted to start eating a healthier diet with less processed foods (although I eat fairly well already). The Japanese live so long and I really love Asian food. The only problem is the rice. They eat processed white rice with every meal. I thought you weren’t supposed to eat white rice. Should I eat brown instead? How do I eat that with chopsticks? Also I read in this Nourishing Traditions book that Asians have larger pancreases so they can eat all that rice and that Westerners can develop health problems eating it with every meal. Any one else follow a Japanese diet? Did you have any problems?

What does my taste in women say about me?

Ive always thought that I had a strange taste in women, (physically speaking) of course I want a smart and funny one with a good personality, but hey, every guy wants that.

Cute not, hot ( I just don’t really find “Hot” girls that attractive)
Not fat, I don’t mind a little meat on the bones, but I have to be able to get my arms around you (and I’m not fat myself, so there)

Now I think those aren’t really that odd, I’m sure their are tons of guys who like cute over hot,

Glasses
Fair skin, almost pale (I just don’t like tans)
Shy and introverted (I am too)
Younger then me (even if its by one day, i just have to be older)
Shorter then 5’5 (I’m 5’7 so I wont be shorter if she wears heels)
Don’t care about breast size (actually prefer a little on the small size, does that sound creepy)
Does not drink, smoke, do drugs, or anything like that.
NO TATTOOS OR CRAZY PIERCINGS(meaning anything other then the ears) no expections, toung rings and belly rings are disgusting, tattoos are by far my biggest turn off (physically speaking)

I’m in college (finance) and I don’t like girls in Business majors or things like nursing that will give her a job that made more then me (I know, that is extremely petty and sexist and has no place in the 21st century, but its a huge turn off for me) But I absoluetly have no problem with a girl who is smarter then me, I believe that on average Girls are smarter then guys anyway, I really do want a smart girl.

A HUGE turnOFF is a girl in uniform, Military, police, anything like that. Or a really athletic girl, with like muscles or on sports teams or anything.

Also I kind of have a thing for Asian girls, I would be more then happy to date a white girl or a latin girl, (just don’t like really dark skin is all, i think its because my mom is really tan)

So I guess my Ideal girlfreind would be a year old 5’5 100-125lbs Japanese girl with glasses English major who is really mousy and timid. born before 1989 (who hopefully has never had a boyfreind before) in the math club

To give you an example of the opposite, I find Megan Fox to be the most hideous woman on the planet, I see absolutely nothing about her that is attractive, and my buddy seriously asked me if I was gay.

Obviously I have never had GF before, A combination of my own shyness along with the fact I can’t find any girls even remotely like this, or ones that I can connect with on any kind of emotional or intellectual level anyway. (It just feels like all girls in college love to drink and party all the time and already have boyfriends anyway)

My guy friends say that I got really freaky tastes

My female friends say that I am a horrible sexist when it comes to dating (which I can’t deny) and that I am a control freak and thats why I like to be older, taller, make more money,

I just don’t understand why I don’t just like the kind of girls that all guys like (blond big boobed and stupid)

What am I politically ? Republican, Democrat, Socialist, Liberal, Conservative or something else ?

I am politically confused. I want to where do I lean ? SO I i am going to write down the major issues and where I stand,, and I want YOU guys to decide for me based on what I write for ALL the issues and decice what am I ?

Foreign Policy/Terrorism:
I think we should fight Al-Qaeda and the Taliban whereve it is, and kill its members without mercy, but we should not invade countries that have nothing to do Al-Qaeda like Iraq(Hussen was a moderate muslim) or Iran(they are shia, not sunni). But I do agree with Afghanistan’s mission and wish we send more troops.
Israel must be supported but talking with rogue leaders should be given a chance. We also must maintain are nuclear capability and never surrende it.
America should work with its allies, but it should also put pressure on them to share burdens. We should have a New World Older and help in humanitarian mission, but not take sides in a civil war.

Healthcare:
I think people should choose what they want. If people can afford private insurance, they should have it. If people cannot afford, there should be options for poor people. I also think government should be involved to an extent and make sure people, especially women remain slim, and don’t get fat, cause we lack having thin women.Veterans should be treated with more respect, and have half price on medical costs. Also doctors cannot be sued for no reason. That must stop. There must be tort reform. Only doctors that are reckless without any regard should be sued.

Education:
Teachers should be paid more if they are good teachers. Period. Good teaching means the kids learn and do well in class. There should be extra help provided to students in case they don’t understand the material. Critical thinking skills and logic must be taught early in a child’s life to prepare them for standardized tests. Also Corporal punishment like caning should be used on parents not involved in kids education. Evolution and sex eduaction must be taught in school. Reasonable accomodation should be provided to kids that wish to pray. Gay curriculum like that penguin book is not needed in schools. Gays only need to be mentioned during Sex ed. Our budget must spend more on education and work-fare programs for those that are are not sure of college should be allowed.

Gun Control:
People should have whatever guns even assault rifles, BUT as long as they pass strict background tests. If people are found to be reckless, they have no business having guns. Also no hard drug users should ever have guns. Drug testing should be required.

Energy:
We must invest in many forms of alternative energy. Oil should not be the only one. More experimentation and exploration needs to be done. At the same time, there should be investment in Euroepan and Japanese style of high speed rail and urban transportation to Europeanize American cities. The Amtrak Acela is a joke. It’s not real HSR. Real HSR means 250 mph to 300 mph. Even China has us beat on this. I am not talking about coast to coast, but regional services like in the Northeast, Southwest, Northwest, Midwest, and Southeast should have high speed rail corridors. Eminent domain must be used and protests against this should be crushed brutally. We must have more urban transportation European/Japan style transporation in other cities of America as well aside from NYC, Chicago, Boston, and DC.

Economy:
Capitalism and free markets shouhd be allowed but with reason. Local and small business must never be allowed to suffer.Compeition is key. A McDonalds or Wallmart cannot for example move nearby a 100 year old bar/restaraunt or a mom and pop shop . It will destroy business. There should be free trade, but CEOs cannot make indiscriminate amounts of money or cheat people to make their profits.
1 or 2 Months of paid vacaction should be allowed in workers of high skilled jobs.

Crime/Judical:
Death penalty should be reserved for those that commit cold, calutated, pre-mediated and heinous crimes. If a a gunman robs a shop, and kills the clerk cause the clerk grabbed his gun, that is not enough to sentence to death, life in prison is enough, BUT if the gunman ties the clerk up , after the clerk surrendered the money, and shoots, him, then the gunman should get automatic death. Child molesters(those that commit crimes to kids under 12) should be sent to work labor camps. Judges that give light sentencesd to them should join them in those camps.

Immigration: There must be a large wall on the southern border due to the high crime rate. It must be large enough that they cannot cross. Coast guard must increase patrols in our water. LEGAL immigration is fine as long as people wait in line. Foreign students studying engineering or medicine with good grades that graduate with a Masters or MD should have the right to be U.S. citizens because they will contribute greatly.
