If someone likes Oasis, Kasabian, Arctic Monkeys Verve what sort of local Manchester bands are similar?
I have 2 Spanish students staying with me who like the above groups and are coming to Manchester this weekend 18/19th July. What sort of local groups or musical events would they like that don’t cost a great deal of money?

I am in LA. I like the Red Sox as well and I have no issue with following Americas Past time no matter where a team plays. With DirecTV, Cable and Internet one can follow any team one would like.

Be smooth about it. Walk up to her while she’s working, restocking a shelf or when your checking out, and ask her if she’d like to get some dinner after work.
