How can one identify whether an ovarian lesion is a mature or immature cystic teratoma…?

(Dermoid cyst) on pelvic CT?

I would prefer that a modern Feminist answer the question since these women are the self-appointed experts on women’s issues.

I’ve already tried asking this in women’s health but they were not able to help me, so now I’m escalating it to the modern Feminists, the champions of wisdom.
