There average life expectancy is 15 years so i guess they would be fully grown at 3-5 years but make your own mind up. (if it lives to 15 then when do you think its an adult? Ps. I just seen a pic of one and i hope yours isn’t a biter with those teeth.

There not pets there wild animals unless you thinking of a double rex rat which are hairless. You obviously need to research pet rats if you think that the hairless ones are naked moles. The pet hairless rats are the same as any other pet rat just hairless. Rats are alot of work so Id recommend doing alot of research and deciding if a rat is the right pet for you.

Why don’t chicks like my naked mole rat?
I invite them over to pet my naked mole mole rat and they say no that’s gross and even when they do come over and see him they say no that’s gross and then I say wanna make out and they’re all like no that’s gross. Why don’t chicks dig my naked mole rat? (His name’s Clyde, by the way).
