How to get scouted by a Korean entertainment company?
I’m a girl, I’m full-Korean, can speak a little Korean and can read and write it.
I consider myself decent looking (not ugly at least) and I practice dancing every night. One time, I entered a talent competition at my church and got third place (I did dancing). I think I’m pretty good at singing and sing when I’m home alone.
I was just wondering how did other people get scouted? Like Jessica from SNSD and Krystal from F(x), then Nichkhun from 2PM, and other people?? What can I do to increase my chances of getting scouted?
I mean how do you get scouted randomly off the streets?
Or at the mall or wherever…

You can’t actually KNOW when you’re going to get scouted, because street scouters for JYP, SM, YG, Cube, etc. Are everywhere, New York, California, Oregon, Thailand, and I mean everywhere. Like, I know someone from Super Junior got scouted when he was on a roller coaster. It is RANDOM. You might get noticed on the streets, the mall, an amusement park, and even a store. You never know. I suggest you research like, where most celebrities WERE scouted, and where the scouts usually go to. So, whenever you go outside to the mall, store, etc., try to look your best just in case there is a scout near you, so you have a higher chance. Hope I helped! (:
